This is my story
Extension – started with a training day – the moment I realized this was more than just a job; it was something I wanted to master.
The second moment was building my dream salon. I had no money to fund it but took the risk anyway. four weeks after signing the lease the world shut down with covid and I was forced to remain closed for 12 months. it was one of the hardest and scariest times in my career.
Eventually we opened and she was A SUCCESS! Along the way, I spent years travelling across England, supporting salons with education and helping them grow. that passion followed me to Australia, where I continued to mentor stylist and prepare emerging talent – including those who went on to place top 3 in the Australian hair awards.
Today, KLN is built on everything I’ve experienced – the risks, the resilience, and a genuine passion for education. whether you’re a client or a stylis, my goal is always the same: to share knowledge, build confidence, and deliver results that last.
